D. Chase Paschal, RPL – President

Chase formed PLE in 2016, and he is active in and oversees all of its operations. Chase has earned the designation of Registered Professional Landman (RPL) from the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and he is an active member of the AAPL and the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen (DAPL). As a member of the AAPL, Chase has agreed to abide by its code of ethics and standards of practice; and as a member of the DAPL, Chase has agreed to be governed by the constitution and bylaws of the association, including its code of ethics. Chase and his wife, Leigh Ann, have been married since 1992 and have two sons—Blake and Tristan—and one daughter—Julie Ann. Chase and his family reside in Richardson, Texas; and they are members of the First Baptist Church of Dallas.
